Interesting... That Wikipedia article says: The name is a pun on the words "bonanza" and "Bohne" (German for "bean"). It could thus be translated preserving the pun as "Beananza", although the official English release preserved the name "Bohnanza". I think we should call it Beananza :)
They do! I just looked on the Mind Games product list and it looks like they have two expansion sets. One is called 'Bohnaparte' and the other is 'High Bohn Plus'. They are $23 each.
